P2P Protocol

Holochain's factored-out peer-to-peer networking library, providing the transport, peer-discovery, sharded distributed hash table, and gossip protocols that underlie Holochain. Separable from the Holochain runtime; conceptually analogous to libp2p's relationship to IPFS. Supports pluggable transport adapters (QUIC, Tx5/WebRTC, with Iroh transport adapter in development).
