Built around Impact Hub (chain-id ixo-5), a live Cosmos SDK Layer-1 appchain with IBC running custom modules for entities, claims, tokens, bonds, smart accounts, and governance, with W3C-aligned verifiable credentials carrying IXO system identifiers and a decentralized domain registry for digital-twin identifiers. IXO Matrix, a sovereign data/messaging layer on open Matrix Protocol standards, is self-hostable, end-to-end encrypted, and federated across independently-hosted servers, with each room resolvable as a DID on Impact Hub. Agentic oracles — including WISP, which uses Giza zero-knowledge ML for auditable climate impact-claim verification — plus MCP servers extend the platform with AI-driven services. SDKs (@ixo/impactxclient-sdk, @ixo/matrixclient-sdk) and CosmWasm contracts let third parties build against the stack; client apps (IXO Portal, IXO Studio, IXO Mobile, Impacts X, Jambo Wallet) are built on top of it. Deployments include decentralised digital MRV for clean cooking and a Duke-NUS pathogen genomics/infectious-disease intelligence platform (PathGen) previewed December 2025 in Singapore.
